Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application to Reachers of Nations University ("the University," "we," "our"), you ("Applicant," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your application process and, if admitted, your enrollment and attendance at the University.

Application Requirements and Process

Eligibility

  • Applicants must meet minimum age and educational requirements as specified in program descriptions

  • International applicants must demonstrate English proficiency and provide necessary documentation for student visa purposes

  • All applicants must be in good standing with any previously attended educational institutions

Application Materials

By submitting your application, you certify that:

  • All information provided is true, complete, and accurate

  • All documents submitted are authentic and unaltered

  • You have the legal right to provide all submitted materials

  • You understand that false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification or dismissal

Application Deadlines

  • Applications must be submitted by published deadlines

  • Late applications may be considered on a space-available basis at the University's sole discretion

  • Incomplete applications will not be reviewed until all required materials are received

Admissions Decisions

  • The University reserves the right to make admissions decisions based on academic qualifications, program capacity, and institutional fit

Conditional Acceptance

Waitlist Policy

  • Qualified applicants may be placed on a waitlist when program capacity is reached

  • Waitlist status does not guarantee future admission

  • Waitlist positions may expire without notice

Financial Obligations

Enrollment Deposits

Academic Standards and Policies

Academic Integrity

All applicants and students must adhere to the University's Academic Integrity Policy, including:

  • Prohibition against plagiarism, cheating, and academic dishonesty

  • Proper citation and attribution of sources

  • Original work in all assignments and assessments

Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain professional and respectful behavior toward faculty, staff, and fellow students

  • Comply with all University policies and procedures

  • Uphold the spiritual and educational mission of the institution

Attendance and Participation

  • Regular attendance and active participation are required for all courses

  • Excessive absences may result in course failure or program dismissal

Acceptable Use

Intellectual Property

University Materials

  • All course materials, curricula, and educational content remain the property of the University

  • Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize University materials without written permission

Student Work

  • Students retain ownership of their original academic work

  • The University may use student work for educational, promotional, or accreditation purposes with appropriate attribution

Privacy and Records

Student Records

  • The University maintains student records in accordance with FERPA and applicable privacy laws

  • Students have rights to access and review their educational records

  • Certain directory information may be shared unless students opt out

Communication

  • The University will communicate with students primarily through official University email addresses

  • Students are responsible for regularly checking official communications

Accommodations

Program Discontinuation

Withdrawal and Refund Policies

Voluntary Withdrawal

  • Students may withdraw from courses or programs according to published withdrawal procedures

  • Withdrawn students remain responsible for any outstanding financial obligations

Involuntary Dismissal

  • The University reserves the right to dismiss students for academic deficiency, conduct violations, or non-payment

  • Dismissed students are not eligible for refunds and remain responsible for all financial obligations

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the University's liability for any damages arising from the application process, enrollment, or attendance is limited to the amount of tuition and fees paid. The University is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Dispute Resolution

  • Students should first attempt to resolve disputes through appropriate University channels

  • Formal grievance procedures are available for academic and non-academic concerns

Governing Law
